Another year has come and gone, and here we are, back at the Consumer Electronics Show. This year, we displayed the new ProLogue Premium CD player along side the DiaLogue Three preamp and DiaLogue Seven monoblocks, powering the beautiful Sonus faber Amati Futura loudspeakers.
The all-new ProLogue Premium CD Player is shown above. Photo courtesey of Stereophile. The ProLogue Premium CD Player features a true 192kHz/24-bit USB input, made by M2Tech. This input converts the USB digital signal to S/PDIF using its own ocsillators, which means we do not have the jitter problems associated with traditional USB inputs. This high-quality input will accept high resolution media files up to 24/192 native resolution. Additionally, the ProLogue Premium features two SuperTubeClocks, further increasing the resolution and clarity.
