120-Day Price Protection

If the price of the product you purchased from PrimaLuna drops within 120 days of your purchase, we’ll credit you the difference.


3-Year Warranty

All PrimaLuna amplifiers and preamplifiers have a three year warranty that covers parts and labor. Tubes are guaranteed for six months. This warranty is for the original purchaser only and is not transferable to subsequent owners under any circumstances.

Return Instructions

Call Upscale Audio to request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) at 909-931-9686. Items returned without an RMA will not be refunded. Shipping costs on returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon delivery. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY US WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS OF THE DATE OF PURCHASE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Items damaged or broken due to abuse or damaged during return shipping will not be refunded. Insurance is highly recommended. Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
